Gerberga next married Louis IV d'Outre-Mer, King of the West Franks, son of Charles III "the Simple" King of Western Francia and Ogiva of England, 939 or 940. (Louis IV d'Outre-Mer, King of the West Franks was born on 10 Sep 920 in <Laon, (Aisne), Picardy>, France, died on 10 Sep 954 in Reims, (Marne), Champagne, France and was buried in Abbaye de St. Rémy, Reims, (Marne), Champagne, (France).)
