John [Cockey, Sr.] and some of his children and grandchildren, were originally buried on the old tavern property of Stephen Cockey on the east side of Falls Road where it crosses the Green Spring Valley. However, now John and Mary are buried in Sater's Baptist Church Cemetery.



John married Mary Fishpaw. (Mary Fishpaw was born on 13 Aug 1792, died on 13 Oct 1846 and was buried in Sater's Baptist Historical Church Cemetery, Timonium, Baltimore, Maryland, United States.)
