Helen married Sir Alan La Zouche, son of Roger La Zouche and Margaret Biset, before 1242. (Sir Alan La Zouche was born about 1203 in <Ashby-de-la-Zouche, Leicestershire>, England and died on 10 Aug 1270 in England.)
