Rowhall married Margaret FitzAlan, daughter of Sir Richard FitzAlan 11th Earl of Arundel & 10th Earl of Surrey and Elizabeth de Bohun Countess of Arundel. (Margaret FitzAlan was born in 1382 and died after 1423.)
