The name of Frederick's wife is not known; she was the heiress of Heribert I, Count of Gleiberg, Count in the Kinziggau, by his wife Ermentrude (Imizi).


<Ermentrude> married Frederick I Count of Luxembourg, son of Siegfried of Luxembourg and Hedwig of Nordgau, before 995. (Frederick I Count of Luxembourg was born about 965 and died on 6 Oct 1019.)
