Research Notes: His death date in 1788 contradicts his being a Representative for Dundas in Canada from 1830-1845. That must have been a different John Cook. Noted events in his life were: • Representative in Parliament: for Dundas ??, 1830-1845, Canada. John married Catherine Carman. (Catherine Carman was born in 1792 in Kehl am Rhein, Ortenaukreis, Baden-Württemberg, Germany and died on 11 Dec 1869 in Berea, Cuyahoga, Ohio, United States.) |
