According to http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=:af4124&id=I133, "In Oct. of 1795 Thomas Plemons was appointed gaurdian of Robert Hailey, minor son of William Hailey.Thomas is probably the brother of John and Robert is probably the brother of Cealy. This was in Burk County, N.C."
