If one son named Richard, which/who was the mother, and when and where was the son born? Sources do not agree. Compare date to birthdate of the son Richard Owen/Owings.

• Deed of Gift: of "Owings Addition" to Richard's sister Ruth Norwood, 3 Nov 1729.

• Conveyed: "Owings Adventure" to William Richardson, 30 Sep 1731. Richard's wife Sarah consented to the transaction.

Richard married Sarah Hart, daughter of Stephen Hart and Catherine, before 1709 in Baltimore Co., Maryland, (United States). (Sarah Hart was born about 1690 and died in 1769.)
